Because of my Training Manager background I have planned and participated about 200 short courses. I have also participated Leadership Academy (Yritysvalmennus, Helsinki) , Managing and Developing Key Accounts (Manager Centre Europe, Brussels), Fighting vehicle design cource ( UK Defence Academy, Cranfield University ), Managing Director training program ( Kauppakamari, Helsinki ) and some other training programs. Raychem (more than two months) and Glenair have also organized detailed product and sales trainings for me in Europe and US.
